Nuclear Energy offers solution to Nigeria’s power problem - Osasai      

to solve Nigeria’s recurring power problem.
The Director General of Nigeria Atomic Energy Commission, Dr Erepanmo Osasai stated this in a lecture at the Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye.

Dr Osasai who spoke on energy self sufficiency and sustainable development, emphasised that an efficient power sector would greatly enhance the nation’s socio-economic development.

Dr Osasai observed that there was a relationship between GDP growth in the development and energy efficiency noting that nuclear energy was more reliable for a country like Nigeria.
