Kogi: State INEC to commence issuance permanent voters card

permanent voter cards to be issued as from this week to those who participated in the last National Registration.

The Head of Public affairs of the Commission in the State Mallam Ahmed Bagudu who stated this in Lokoja said the Permanent voter cards had been distributed to every ward for collection in exchange for the temporary ones.
Mallam Ahmed warned that collection of the cards would not be by proxy.
