Kwara: Imam enjoin Moslems to commit wealth to cause of Islam

The Chief Imam of Ilorin, Alhaji Mohammed Bashir, has enjoined Moslems to commit their wealth to the cause of Islam.

The Chief Imam made the call at the opening of a multimillion naira Jum’at Mosque in Ilorin.

While stressing the need for Moslems to spend their wealth on activities aimed at promoting Islam, the Chief Imam urged them to also cater for the less privileged.

Speakers at the occasion extolled the virtues of the donor of the Mosque, late Alhaji Yahaya Sani.
