AMAC to use sports as formidable instrument to modify youths in the Area
 
Abuja Municipal Area Council says it will use sports as formidable instrument for empowerment and behavioural modification of youths in the Area.

In a chat with Kapital FM, the man in-charge of the Area, Mr. Zephaniah Bitrus Jisalo said the Council would inculcate for physical fitness and health living.

He said plans were on the ground for the building of sports complex in Nyanya and Apo Areas of AMAC.

Mr Bitrus explained that the council would carve a distinct sports identity in AMAC as a reference point for sports development in the FCT.
