The Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa says it has met all necessary requirements to attain the status of a University.

The Rector of the Institution, Mr Pius Salami told known to Radio Nigeria after the institution’s matriculation in Nasarawa that one hundred and thirty three students were expelled last year for certificate forgery and examination malpractices.

The Rector said that the institution would not condone acts of indiscipline by staff and students.

He therefore called on the matriculating students to abide by all the schools rules and regulations.
