Who are we?
  Radio Nigeria Investment Ltd was incorporated as a limited liability Company on the 21st September 2006.
   The company has a share holding capital of one million shares and is  wholly owned by Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN).

1. The company is charged with the responsibility of managing the Corporations eclectic businesses, among which are:
2. (a) Landed properties spread across the Country (developed and undeveloped).
3. (b) Reactivation of the FRCN recording label.
4. (c) Management of the FRCN bands located in Abuja, Ibadan and Enugu.
5. (d) Acquisition of shares in profitable companies.
6. (e) Marketing of the corporation’s website and RADIO HOUSE journal.
7. (f) Any non air time venture

RNIL has shares in the following banks:

1. An agreement has been concluded with UBA and an ATM will soon be installed on the ground floor of Radio House.
2. We have leased our masts in Lagos, kaduna ,Enugu and Gwagwalada to CTNL.
3. We are sourcing for a tenant on our property at 45 Martins street Lagos. This is a six storey building located in the busy but commercial nerve center of Lagos in Marina.
