COURT TO DECIDE ON ANPP SUIT

Hearing and determination of the case of wrongful disqualification of Prince Abubakar Audu by INEC as ANPP Governorship candidate in Kogi state has been fixed for Monday next week.

At a first hearing in Abuja, the trial judge Justice Chukere gave the complaint and respondent two days to prepare their submissions to the court.

ANPP has dragged INEC to court over the disqualifications of its candidate in Kogi State on elections day. Prince Audu was governor of Kogi State from 1999 to 2003.
