NSC inaugurates six-man panel to investigate allegation of bribery

A six-man panel was inaugurated by the National Sports Commission to investigate allegation of bribery and corruption in the just concluded 2008 edition for the Nigerian Premier League.

 

Inaugurating the committee the Director-General of the NSC, Dr. Amos Adamu who represented the Chairman of the Commission charge the Panel to do a thorough investigation and submit their report on or before July 17.

Responding Chairman of the Committee, and former NFA Boss Retired Brigadier General Dominic Oneya pledged the panel’s readiness to do every thing in their capacity to produce a very tangible report.

The Committee which ahs TA Komolafe as Secretary also has Colonel M. Maharaja, Commissioner of Police Uwandu, Godwin Dudu Orumen and Andrew Abah as members.
